My Awakening Journey of Yoga
Yoga has been an awakening journey for me, during my time as a practitioner and as a teacher, my love for energy healing has grown. When the spiritual body and the physical body are connected, we can start the healing process.
While practicing various styles of Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga caught my attention. Ashtanga Yoga provided me with a powerful mind and body experience. I began practicing daily, and that practice turned into a desire to teach Yoga and share my passion.
- I completed the 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Training at Ally Ford’s and Beyond the Pose Yoga by Caroline San Juan Czubaj
- Teacher Training in 2014

I like to practice vigorous sequences like slow flow vinyasa, power flows, and core yoga. I am a fun and loving spirit that hopes to inspire you as well as to encourage you. In my class, I hope you leave feeling rejuvenated and nourished in the body and soul. Namaste!
